Pink Muhly Grass Growing Instructions

Plant pink muhly grass in a sunny location that receives at least 6 to 8 hours of direct sun a day and well-drained soil. Water at least once a week until the plants are established. After that you can almost ignore pink muhly grass because it does just fine with occasional rainfall. Space the plants about 3 feet apart and mulch to prevent weed competition. In the early spring, shear back the dead foliage of pink muhly grass before new growth begins.
